Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all sales made through kidneyvitality.co.uk by Aura & Oak LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Kidney Vitality is a trading name of Aura & Oak LTD. Contact: hello@kidneyvitality.co.uk.

2. Our products

Kidney Vitality is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is intended to complement — not replace — a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on dialysis, a transplant recipient, or taking prescription medication, please consult your GP, nephrologist or pharmacist before use.

3. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability) and will refund any payment taken in full.

4. Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Payment is taken at the point of order via Stripe.
• We accept major debit and credit cards supported by Stripe.

5. Pre-orders

Some products are sold on a pre-order basis. Estimated dispatch windows are stated on the product page (typically around 6 weeks from order). If we cannot fulfil a pre-order within a reasonable time, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

7. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email hello@kidneyvitality.co.uk. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned unless faulty. Sealed, unused goods in their original condition will be refunded in full (including standard delivery), minus the cost of return postage which is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly described.

8. Faulty or damaged goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or repair as appropriate.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our maximum liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, formulations) is owned by or licensed to Aura & Oak LTD and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. UK consumers retain the protection of mandatory consumer law in their place of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applying to your order is the version in force on the date you place it.
