Shipping Policy

We currently ship Kidney Vitality to addresses in the United Kingdom. This page explains how and when your order will reach you, and what to do if anything goes wrong.
1. Where we ship
- England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
- Channel Islands and the Isle of Man on request — please contact us before ordering.
- International shipping is not currently available.
2. Delivery options and costs
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on your order volume (number of bottles), parcel size and the carrier service available to your delivery address. We use live Royal Mail rates so the exact cost is determined by the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the service selected.
- Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): estimated 2–4 business days from dispatch. Cost depends on parcel size and is shown at checkout.
- Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): estimated next business day from dispatch when available. Cost depends on parcel size and is shown at checkout.
- Subscription orders: free UK Tracked 48 shipping is included with every monthly delivery.
Delivery charges are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
3. Dispatch times
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days of order.
- Pre-orders: shipping expected from mid-August 2026, in line with our next manufacturing batch. You will receive an email when your order ships.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed over weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
4. Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number once your order leaves our fulfilment partner.
5. Failed delivery and incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected from a Royal Mail depot in time, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery charge may apply.
6. Lost or delayed parcels
Royal Mail considers a Tracked 48 parcel lost only after 10 working days from dispatch (15 working days for remote postcodes). If your parcel has not arrived within these timeframes, contact info@kidneyvitality.co.uk and we will open an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with a photo of the packaging and product. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
8. Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned unless faulty. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
