Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kidney Vitality order. This page explains your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and how our hygiene policy applies because Kidney Vitality is a food supplement.

1. 14-day cancellation right

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, please email info@auraandoak.co.uk with your order number before returning the product.

2. Hygiene exception (sealed health products)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken. Opened or unsealed bottles of Kidney Vitality cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly described.

Sealed, unopened bottles in their original outer packaging may be returned within the 14-day window.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original delivery charges) — your full rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

4. How refunds are processed

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or sooner if we accept the cancellation without a return.
  • Standard delivery charges are refunded when you cancel your whole order within the 14-day window.
  • Express upgrades and return postage (for change-of-mind returns) are not refundable unless the goods are faulty.

5. How to return an item

  1. Email info@auraandoak.co.uk with your order number.
  2. We will reply within one working day with the return address and a reference number.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked service. We recommend retaining proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

6. Subscriptions

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; we do not partially refund the current month.
