Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 2026

Kidney Vitality is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including those with disabilities or who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

1. What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with a single <main> landmark per page.
  • Sufficient colour contrast using design-system tokens.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus states.
  • Descriptive alt text on product and editorial imagery.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly on mobile, tablet and desktop.
  • Tap targets sized for comfortable touch use.

2. Known limitations

Some third-party components (for example the embedded payment provider) are outside our direct control. We track their accessibility maturity and choose vendors with strong accessibility commitments.

3. Need an adjustment?

If you experience an accessibility barrier on our site, or need order information in an alternative format (large print, plain text email), please contact info@auraandoak.co.uk and we will respond within one working day.

4. Enforcement

If you are unhappy with our response, the Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010 in England, Scotland and Wales.
